We all make mistakes. After all, we are humans.

Corporations make mistakes too. Most corps skirt around the problem and spin them in ways that would put duck backs to shame. Others brilliantly made the most of their major slip-ups and even won some brownies..

We all have heard large corporate speaks about taking ownership for our actions, but we seldom find our super leaders walking the talk. I am not generalizing, but I have witnessed enough to say that is not an exception.
