I scoured hundreds of books and articles to find the shortcut to Success.

I began this journey long before I knew what Success meant, but I was enamoured by my chosen role models and wanted to follow their path to Success.

Over the years, those role models changed, and so did my goals. I realized that Success is a journey, not a destination, and each of us has to choose our path. The guidance from others’ success journeys will help refine one’s path, but it cannot be replicated as is.

So, asking what the secret sauce to Success is like asking which ingredient makes a recipe taste good. It’s not any single ingredient. It is the combination of many ingredients in the right proportions and the right order, and the absence of any one would ruin the outcome.

You are born with some ingredients, and others are for you to choose, and it’s up to you to learn how, where, when and in what proportion you use those ingredients in your journey to Success.
