What would you do?

Would you rather keep trying to squeeze more hours each day out of your staff, or would you make them accountable for the outcome and have them manage their time?

Would you expect your staff to respond immediately to your email or expect them to prioritize the work they are responsible for?

Would you continue to pile on more work on your staff and have them produce inferior output, or would you give them a reasonable time to create high-quality work?

Whether you are at the giving or the receiving end, you have the choice to speak up and make a choice.

Silence is another form of disloyalty toward your company, your team and yourself.
