Do what matters | Life

I took a few days off to make the most of the long weekend.

I spent a few hours making a task list I need to finish this year. The list kept growing, and so did my anxiety and a faint feeling of stress and time scarcity.

I thought, what if I had just 2 things to do each day or week – one that is urgent and the other that matters the most? Pick from your list one most essential item that matters the most. Then, pick one item you need to do that would take the stress monkey off your shoulder.

Since I can only do 2 things each day or week, I’d be forced to choose carefully. Two incredible outcomes from this simple strategy: I’ll get two things out of my way, and I can still do more if I choose to without feeling obligated.

Thank you for reading.

Warmest,

Razak
