What is Be More?
A conversation of better ideas, solutions and practices for extending ourselves to become more is Be More.
Being more does not mean having superpowers. We all have talent. Some have more than others. However, talent and intelligence do not guarantee an optimum outcome to any challenge, opportunities or success.
The principle that makes the difference is the judgement that guides the action. An average execution based on a superior judgement is better than a superior execution based on average judgement.
Judgement is a habit like muscle memory built through deliberate and focused application of best practices, knowledge, skills and experience.
Staying true to this endeavour’s motto, my humble intent through these ‘Be More’ discussions will be precisely that – enrichment – in the Common Interest of all.
