The front yard of our house needed some immediate correction before the lawn cops paid their visit. Not that we didn’t take care of it, we didn’t take adequate care as necessary. All the help from a local lawn specialist along with my wife’s well-intended advice did not make a lot of difference. Finally, when the lawn specialist declared that there was no more grass to mow, it was clear for us to take control of the situation. Year’s of neglect had finally come to an end.

Cortez took his soldiers and sailors and sailed south. Upon landing his fleet of ships on the shores of the Yucatan, the captain ordered his men to burn their own ships.

Put Your Clothes On | Life Series
The Emperor’s New Clothes, a classic adaption from a 13th-century Indian fable was immortalized by Hans Christian Andersen first published in the early 19th century. The story is about an emperor who cares more about his appearance and posturing, hires two weavers, who to satisfy his vanity promise to make him the most elegant clothes worthy of an emperor that can only be seen by worthy men.
