Spring back.

Walk barefoot on a lawn. With each step, the grass bends under your weight, then springs back undeterred when you move on. This simple blade is a masterclass in resilience: flexible, tenacious, and constantly renewing.

Like that grass, we are constantly pressed down by the steps of daily life. The true test isn’t avoiding the pressure, but how we respond to it. Strength is found not by never falling, but by defiantly rising again. Each setback is a pause, a chance to gather energy and come back stronger.

So when life weighs you down, remember the grass.
