Events are relative!
Life is made up of many experiences, both good and bad, that shape our unique story. Every event, from a minor car breakdown to the loss of a loved one, plays a role in our lives. When we look at these moments from a wider perspective, we realize that no experience stands alone.
While a car breakdown seems terrible at the moment, we realize it’s only a minor incident in our overall life narrative. Even major losses or missed opportunities, which once felt overwhelming, often become distant memories over time.
By adopting this broader perspective, we develop emotional maturity and a greater sense of control. Instead of reacting impulsively to challenges, we can respond thoughtfully and calmly.
Life will have ups and downs, but we handle them better when we don’t let one event define our entire journey.
