Vase Makers | Life

This is a tale about two groups making vases.
quick read.

This tale involves two teams, Team 1 and Team 2.

The task was simple for Team 1: craft a single, flawless vase. Team 2’s mission was to churn out as many vases as possible without worrying about each vase’s quality.

Surprisingly, the result was not what most would predict.

Not only did Team 2 make more vases, but their vases were also of superior quality.

This story illustrates that being open to change and improvement and recognizing mistakes as part of the journey can lead to exceptional outcomes. The success of Team 2 came from their readiness to accept an iterative process, learn from each try, and tweak their method without the stress of achieving perfection every time.

I’m continuously aiming for high standards and pushing myself anew daily, but I fall short of meeting my personal targets daily.

Most days bring frustration, but I have no option other than persevering.

I’ll be back with more next week.

Stay tuned.
